We move resources where they are needed most — directing funding into local communities through community banks, while supporting humanitarian and community-focused initiatives.

Communities become stronger when investments are made directly into the people and organizations that serve them. That belief shapes everything we build.

Our funding vision

Every dollar, split with purpose

Our vision divides available funds evenly — half toward humanitarian work through internationally recognized organizations, and half deposited into participating local community banks across the United States.

Directed by your home state. Funds would be routed according to the purchaser’s home state, helping ensure that investments benefit local communities. Participating banks would evaluate applications against established program guidelines.

Funding priorities

Where the investment goes

Participating community banks would review applications across four areas of community need. All programs are described as our vision and would follow established guidelines.

Priority 01

Community Housing Rehabilitation

Individuals and groups repairing or renovating homes they own may apply for assistance.

Teams of five or more encouraged — a modern “barn-raising”
Promotes cooperation and shared responsibility
Approved funds may be distributed via secure debit cards for eligible labor and materials

Priority 02

Homeownership Assistance

Qualified applicants with income to maintain a mortgage but without the required down payment may be eligible.

Fixed-rate 30-year mortgages Designed to stay affordable Payments ≈ 33% of household income

Priority 03

Priority Community Services

Preference may be given to projects that serve the people who hold communities together.

Childcare & early learning centers
Senior housing & long-term care
Farms, food assistance & community shelters

Priority 04

Public Safety Services

Where these services are limited or unavailable, eligible applications may support essential protection.
